Adding Garage Door Node #26

@andrei-tatar Hold on pulling this. I'm going to add the ability to set the Open/Close values (like a Switch)

@andrei-tatar Took a few times to get the boxes to line up (been a long time since I did html) but now has the ability to set open and close payload (slowly learning TS....) Also hacked together the status message doing if/then so if you have a better way would appreciate the guidance.

Should be ready to go to incorporate now. Once you get a chance to refresh the backend service, I'll start testing the locks code I'm working on (shouldn't be in the merged code). Then I have some ideas on Fans that I'll go after next.
