bungee arena won't restart after games end #1043

Describe the bug when a game ended,the arena will not restart(re-enable),only happend on bungee mode and multiarena hasn't this bug image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. start server
  2. connect to bedwars bungee and set plugin config mode to bungee
  3. join arena and start game
  4. end the game
