[x] shift right click takes back the orb
[x] player orb management gui
[ ] admin orb gui
[x] database configuration
[ ] wg support:
- [ ] do not touch wg regions unless it is a server orb
- [ ] do not touch regions where the owner or members list does not contain the orb owner uuid

admin orb gui is replaced by /handyorbs get for now
