Version Check doesn't work behind proxy #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the validator behind an authenticated proxy (ISA server)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Receive a 407 error - authentication required.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Feedvalidator 1.2.2 on  Windows XP Professional

Not a high necessity change, but it would be nice to have proxy 
authentication built-in.  

Tried using proxycfg.exe -u before running the validator, but that didn't 
help.

We'll add support for proxies before adding any more features that make HTTP 
requests. 
Other than the annoying output in the console and html does this cause any 
problems?
