Feed Validator should flag any service defined in calendar.txt with value "0" 
(no service) for all week days as an error if such an entry extends the 
validity of the feed and therefore, if not detected could cause an outage.

As of now Feed Validator gives just a "Too Many Days Without Service" warning 
for this, which a launched partner might not take very seriously.
