Yikes! Unexpected exception on feedvalidator v 1.27 for windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.drop attached feed on feedvalidator.exe to produce 0922-3transitfeedcrash.txt 
(second attached file)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected html warnings page.
Last line of error output is 
"KeyError: u'11SEPT-01-WKDY-Weekday-05-0000100'"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
transitfeed-windows-binary-1.2.7

Please provide any additional information below.

Feed was produced from HASTUS Scheduling system google_transit "Standard" 
export with minimal modifications.

Dropping same feed on schedule_viewer.exe results in invalid service id's in 
trips.txt.  I am working on checking those now.
Viewer window does appear but selecting some routes displays Exception error 
similar to above See key error at bottom.  (third attachment is screen shot of 
this error.)Some routes are shown correctly as in last attachment.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I believed this was fixed as part of issue 299.  I can confirm that trunk 
properly validates the feed.
