Update schedule viewer to show different arrival / departure time in stop label

We had a request to tweak the schedule viewer to better distinguish trip stop 
times with different arrival and departure times.  The current stop marker 
label only shows arrival times, as show in the attached 'Original.png' image.  
The new behavior is to show both the arrival and departure time if they are 
different, as shown in 'Updated.png'.
