Bus stops show up x miles east of geo-coordinates recorded from google earth

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. created simple route with 3 stops in Kingston, Jamaica
2. Feed validator accepted directory of txt files
3. Load dir into schedule_viewer.exe (transitfeed-windows-binary-1.2.10)and the 
stops appear in the right relative shape to each other, but all are more than 
half a degree east of the real location.

Also, every time I load schedule viewer, i receive an error about v2 API being 
deprecated and then the map disappears..is this related to my problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the stops in the right location. The map loads and displays, 
but stops are all east of kingston - almost in the ocean.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.10
Windows 7 Starter SP1

The deprecation error:

Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application. The provided key 
is not a valid Google API Key, or it is not authorized for the Google Maps 
Javascript API v2 on this site. If you are the owner of this application, you

Going to this site did not seem to resolve my API issue

Google Earth version 6.2.1.6014 (beta)

Hard to fully debug due to API issue closing the map in schedule viewer. 
Appears both latitude and longitude are off by
