I am trying to run the cross-correlation only fit and I am unable to fix the parameter bias_eta_CIV(eff). If I do so, the fit fails.
This is related to the option new_metals, if I run without this option and provide a metal matrix, the fit works.
This is the path to the run with failing fits:
/global/cfs/cdirs/desicollab/science/lya/y1-kp6/iron-robustness/final/iron/main/QSO_cat_iron_main_dark_healpix_zlya_zwarn_cut/Y1v5_1.ciii.4.2_0/correlations/baseline/fits/cross_only
And this is the path to the run with successful fits (but using metals from picca).
