Basically write a README.md.

Transfer ownership of this repo to Emily Monroe. Make sure branch settings on main are correct before doing so. Add link to BWCT-Tracker repository (do this after repo transfers). Make sure all links pointing to the repo are updated with the new link.

FYI Include in the readme the password for the user that's set up on the OS image, or maybe in the instructions/troubleshooting manual
