Manual file reordering (in opened files list) is not preserved across Enki restarts #105

I drag a file in the list of opened files, and after I exit and start Enki again it is in original position in the list, not where I dragged it.

Difficult to implement and not so often needed during normal work (not when switching between 2 Enki versions)
