Thanks, no problem -- I understand. I'd forgotten to check on ctags in the Windows binary. I'll take a look.

The code to copy over ctags is there in win\build_installer.exe, but you removed a needed cd command. Would you test my pull request on your PC? ctags.exe gets bundled on mine.
