Restore in Windows doesn't remember old size #194

If I resize Enki to not cover the full screen, maximize, then restore, the restored size is still pretty much full screen, not the old, restored size.

If Enki was closed when was maximized, than restored, it still doesn't remember previous size, but now window size after un-maximization is better.

This fixes it from my perspective -- I expect only the current window size to be remembered after quitting then restarting Enki.
