pylint mark for Makefile #232

Enki shows pylint error messages for Makefiles which have nothing to do with python.

Prerequisite:

the setting to show long line edge should be off Steps to reproduce:
open a Makefile with the following content: .PHONY: all

all: ls -la

Select Settings->Settings... menu option
Select Editor->Edge and switch on "Mark too long lines with vertical line"
Click OK to close the dialog At this moment a pylint complain mark appears on the line ".PHONY: all"
