Fix: Provide another way to finalize qutepart. #242

This will definitely fix the problem, but I wouldn't like to apply this fix unless really despaired. Qutepart is available as standalone project, and I'd like to solve termination problems in the Qutepart code to keep the API clean and simple to use.

I think now termination works fine on all platforms. Doesn't it?
