The feature exists. Menu item is visible only if C/C++ files are opened. Shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+I. Ctrl+I is used for autoindentation now.

Please reopen, if something is wrong for you

OK. I can switch from "simplecow.h" to "simplecow.c", but not back (the menu item is not visible there).

Ah, it was bug with C (but not C++) files on qutepart Enki. Fixed
