I'm confused between the title/description and the video. I thought traspie is essentially double time. I'd expect something about usually stepping on the heavy beat but also being able to step on the light beat for syncopation. The video doesn't seem to show any speed up/slow down at all. It seems to show a step pattern.
I have no clue what the steps are supposed to tell me. I'd expect steps to practice walking and switching to double time. Also, I'd expect steps on how some moves lend themselves to be quicker.
