The designation can contain the classpath. So:
[ ] test with a shard that is not serializable and does not extend AgentShardCore / NonSerializableShard
[ ] integrate classpaths in the designation (which classpath? give? loaded?)
[ ] check that classpaths are also considered for StandardDesignations. Currently is untested.
[ ] Test mobility of standard shards that do not have the classpath given, but the cp can be derived from the name
