Implement an alternative to normal logging so that:

normal logging can be used for debugging
test logging can be used to follow a particular feature

Properties:

the test log is right-aligned, starting at the earliest at the middle of the console
periodically a summarized output of the tests is shown (periodically in terms of total logging messages)
- e.g. number of tests passed (e.g. assertions) / average of some measure / etc
