Create an EntityCore base class for entities #53

[x] manages name
[x] manages running state when started and stopped
[x] management of contexts?

This is mostly implemented around 2023-2024 (see commits around 7ea8bd95f0fcc22322c387d10e128129a70fdb18 and 678308bc7065d7ab44060457026a82389b784a2) but there are still important entities which do not extend EntityCore.

[ ] make Node extend EntityCore
