Please use subdirectories in SITE_MEDIA for css, js and images #150

Please change the provided default projects, so that they use
subdirectories for css, js and images.

This would result in a better organization in "site_media".

Currently it might look like the following, which is not "clean":
$ ls
base.css     delete.png     form-shadow.png         jquery.bgiframe.js   
make-gradients.py  up_grey.png
base.js      down_grey.png  heading.png             jquery.dimensions.js 
openid-icon.png    up_mod.png
