Unformatted WikiApp excerpt in the Tribe View

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a WikiApp page within a Tribe.
2. Use some form of markup formatting for the WikiApp page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Thw WikiApp page is formatted correctly, however the excerpt of the WikiApp
page on the Tribe View shows the unformatted raw input from the WikiApp page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This occurs with the currently hosted version of Pinax.

Please provide any additional information below.

As discussed on irc, the Article model needs a 'summary' field, just like pinax 
blog
posts. The markup may be imcomplete on the content excerpt, so we cant render 
it.
Also users probably dont want <h1> titles on the excerpt, for example.
