Google analytics app does not support new tracking code (patch attached)

Google analytics now provides two different tracking codes to insert on a
web page for tracking. 

The analytics app only supports the legacy urchin tracking code. A patch is
attached that adds a 'ga' template tag to analytics.py. This tag inserts
new style tracking code.
