submission of location based social network app

Attached is the 'location' app which contains the location based network. Just 
add location app to 
the INSTALLED APPS setting. Also create an entry in urls.py with /locations 
pointing to locations.urls

Then login with your account into the app and browse to /locations/new url. You 
can search for a 
place and then checkin. Please report any errors.
