Styled Notifications for Arc-Flatabulous Theme #23

I discovered that Arc-Flatabulous theme has no notification theme in Linux Mint 18 Sarah XFCE 64 bit.

I'm currently using Flatabulous' notification theme but it does not go well smoothly with Arc-Flatabulous. The dark part of that notification theme looks too dark than the Arc-Flatabulous' Plank theme.

Will you release the special, styled notifications for Arc-Flatabulous?

After i change my internet connection, i'll install xfce and test different colors, i can't tell when tho. You can try to change flatabulous colors to your liking ;)
