This change makes the following configurable at compile time using #define's:
Feed stepper motor direction
Hall sensor trigger stat (HIGH vs LOW)
Feed stepper speed and acceleration
Character stepper speed and acceleration
I've also added some TODO's and comments for some safety checks I'd like to add later. Mostly these are some of the parameters I needed to change in order to get my E-TKT working, and the idea is to make it easier for others to change if they need the same thing in the future. It makes to functional change the the pre-existing defaults.
