I can’t seem to fix this. I’ve tried installing it twice. Wrong files perhaps? I have noticed that my 64GB SD card is being considered as "exfat" instead of "fat32". I am going to try to install it again after converting it over to Fat32.

I've even tried the WOA Deployer and after flashing the sdcard, it gets stuck on "Deploying Windows" and then the folder will open up on my PC asking me to format it. Of course, I hit cancel to the format and I just pulled out the SDcard and loaded it up into my Pi. I managed to get to the boot menu but I did not see an option in the Boot order of SD/MMC on Broadcom SDHOST Not sure what to do exactly.

This looks like a hardware issue.
