Will this work in Windows 10? #3

I am interested in using this in my application, but it needs to run in Windows 10, and Windows Server 2010. I know it has been a while since there was a code commit so I thought I would ask how current it is.

I have not tested it, UltraVnc itself is windows 10 certified but I haven't synced the code for a long time, so maybe you could try it yourself? please let me know
