The add command fails very often

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to add a file to Plastic SCM. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It fails with the attached message. This doesn't happen always but with a 
certain frequency.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Delphi 2010, Windows XP Professional.

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached the trace obtained.
