Some publishers offer bulk downloading of fulltexts. With @pseyfert and @mfherbst we agreed:

support bulk downloads in publisher fetcher functions
save bulk downloads in a cache directory (something like ~/.cache/libfulltext/...
it should be possible to disable bulk downloads as a user (e.g., if you only want to download one fulltext)
