SpeechRecognitionAPI Dependency Makes it Unusable on Most Browsers except for Chrome #10

It doesn't even work with Firefox 44. I think right now it is usable with FFOS, which unfortunately is not very widely used. In order to properly port this to web interfaces, this needs to be fixed.

Also I did try to enable the pref and it still didn't work for me.
