HOC installs itself in an odd place with the autoconf scripts #2

calling the default install target puts HOC in an odd place.  This is for
the autotools build system only.

HOC ended up in /opt/local/lib/ghc-6.8.3 instead of
/opt/local/lib/ghc-6.8.3/lib/hoc-version/

Everything still works (as in the package is registered correctly).

The Makefile-based build system has been retired, so this no longer applies.
