attiny1634 support (patch) #74

I have added definitions for attiny1634, it works in theory (I can compile and 
flash programs) but I have not yet tested that the chip actually does what is 
expected (I'm thinking of building some sort of test fixture so I can automate 
the testing)

Anyway, the code is in github:

the master branch of that repo tracks the SVN HEAD here (whenever I remember to 
rebase), I use the branches to test my changes.

Haven't gotten around to building proper test fixture but people are reporting 
successes.
