As discussed in andresgongora/synth-shell#133, during installation, and only during the system-wide script installation, the installer should ask if a separate root config file is desired. If so, place an alternative default configuration under /root/.config. Said configuration should be "flashy" to warn the user that using the root account could be risky.
This should only be installed during the system-wide installation, and only with the user's consent. i.e. prompt during installation whether the root-specific configuration should be added
