I want to (optionally) notify by email whan a change ocurred in a project. The notifications should include

[x] An update in a wiki page
[x] A new note in a notebook
[x] A new comment in a notebook note
[x] A change in a collaborative writing
[x] A new source code repository
[x] A comment in a source code repository
[x] Updates in a dataset
[x] A new thread in the forum
[x] A new post in a forum thread

To do this I also want:

[x] A way to opt-out of any of the lists
[x] A pretty html email

For now, the notifications will be daily

There is an email notification even if there are no notifications to send. I need to correct this.
