The idea is to allow the user to login in research-engine with his/her ID of other accounts like Google, LinkedIn, Mendeley or Twitter. I found this article that could help.

We have Google sign up (and log in) now in place. I will close this issue and open new ones for each other service we want to integrate via OAuth.
