Selected Papers integration #150

Using the SelecterPapers project we could try to fetch comments for articles in the Bibliography tab. Or maybe just query SelectedPapers and, if there are comments about the article, display a message.

This seemed like a good idea but SelectedPapers seems rather deserted, only a couple of users use it sporadically. Maybe if it takes off in the future I'll consider it again
