This seems to be intermitent though....

I don't see this problem right now in the development server, nor in the deployed version. However I will keep looking...

It seems that, for some reason, Google's app engine now requires you to associate a credit card before sending emails.... http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36374603/appengine-pythons-send-email-not-working-anymore
