MAC Address on IOS return String UUID #51

Hello, i have issue, i use pairedBluetooths on IOS and list bluetooth is not show true mac address, this is example output mac address on listed bluetooth. 0B6E2FEE-2391-A8E5-FAF9-3361A3928D5E 69F3A7BB-701E-7EA0-19F8-07A37850FA1E E28D2990-8F40-39DA-6581-0705949035AB

its UUID not MAC Address, on Android, its normal return mac address. thanks
