If we could have an individual kicker behind the grabber that would be ideal. Considering the fact that we would need the I-squared bored or what ever it was called for the Holonomicwhatever wheels, we might as well add a strong kick to the grabber.
@Baghdat has made a new kicker for the robot that has a separate motor, @mbleftley, I'm hoping you can test it with your super kicker program and see if it is strong enough and can make wall kicks and other Cool Stuff :tm: .
The kicker and grabber basically been finalised!
I'd still like to have hope that it's somehow possible to have a stronger kicker that would be able to do wall kicks to the goal as well! So I wouldn't consider this closed.
I'll open a seperate issue for the maxBot's kicker :)
I just ran some code on the design Bagdat came up with. It does just fine running around the pitch with the ball but the release kick is not strong enough or very accurate. Grabbing ahold of the ball was also pretty good.
