Fix extract_default_skewers script #105

This seems to be out of date, probably because we moved towards computing temperature rescalings by default.

It would be good to ressuscitate this script, specially since the other scripts requires a special fork of fake_spectra

PR #106 modified the script to avoid using set_T0 when not doing any rescaling, allowing the script to run in the main fork of fake_spectra
