adding debian as distro #138

right now a little bit unfortunate, because it is in fact only the difference in the net group - but hey, who cares - the distro thing might involve

I've actually got an entry in the Wiki (VPN page) to the effect if your distro is not listed (was Arch and Slackware) drop me a line with which group is needed and I'll put it in. I may need to adjust the .pro file as well, I'll take a look later this evening and let you know if I did or not.

The .pro files were fine, but I did make some changes to the readme file to describe the DISTO= option for qmake needed to pull the file in correctly during make install
