Add Spanish translation #197

Thank you very much for this. I have just recently got my development machine back to operation and I'm getting back into working on this program again. I will review the PR and most likely just do the PR.

Just did the pull. I'd like to credit you for the translation in the "About" dialog so if you want to give me your name I'll do that. If you would rather not that is fine also.
