added bulgarian translation #220

Here created an updated cmst_bg_BG.ts and corresponding qm file.

Just did the pull, thank you. I credit the translators in the "About CMST" dialog (with their permission), so if you wish to be credited would you let me know that and also how you would like your name to be displayed.
