Update cmst_pt_BR.ts #272

pt-BR translation for the ConnMan CMST.

There were 3 minor conflicts between this patch and PR 271. I accepted the changes in this patch over the entries in PR 271. If that is not correct I'll need to revert this but I think we're good.

Please use the latest "cmst_pt_BR.ts" file that I submitted in pull request #272. I probably managed to fix the 3 conflicts in the "cmst_pt_BR.ts" file from pull request #271. The pull request #272 is the one with the most corrected and improved texts in pt_BR, I had improved some sentences with the help of two colleagues who unfortunately did not want me to include their name in the credits. I would like to be able to include the names of all CMST translators who have collaborated before me. If I have a problem or conflict in the "cmst_pt_BR.ts" file most recent from pull request #272, in case I have accidentally damaged the file, I can copy everything back to the file I downloaded from its original version on 01-05 -2022

I tried to upload the latest "cmst_pt_BR.ts" file from pull request #272 to https://translate.lxqt-project.org/translate/andrew-bibb/cmst/, but it remains blocked for translation. When possible, please check what is happening. I like to translate directly into the .ts file, it's easier for me to find the similar texts, but it can be harder for other translators to deal with HTML text formatting codes that in some texts can confuse the translator.

Please, as soon as possible, check the texts I sent you by email, only you can assess whether or not the items that the internet translator did not recognize as translatable words are correct.
