Homepage Enhancement

Describe the bug Integrate Tamagui Bento UI and Revise Homepage as Follows:

• [x] Add Packrat Logo Functionality. When clicking the Packrat logo, it must redirect users to the homepage.
• [x] Improve Text Visibility: Enhance the visibility of text, particularly within quick actions' options.
• [x] Adjust Search Button Form Width: Match the width of the Search button form to that of the navbar for consistency.
• [ ] Update navbar and utilize the new Bento Responsive Nav Bar.
