This pull request updates the device information for GW2000A by Ecowitt with 2x AA It closes issue #1701

The latest battery notes now allows you to add a battery type against an entity. With the ecowitt I have added battery notes against each sensors battery. Keeping the device as Manual will stop the ping pong of people updating the hub device battery.
