Customize docz theme #118

Create a package with our own docz theme, based on the default theme. Specifically, we want to be able to customize the following:

  1. Full-width content; so Theme API and Component API tables can fit content appropriately: image.png

Also, maybe remove the "Built with docz" at the bottom left (only if we decide to use a fairly heavily customized theme).
