Based on sockeye-sim-edm.rnw from edm-work.

Then add anything else from egDeyle as I had some useful figures there.

Now first doing a vignette analyse-simple-time-series.Rmd in pbsEDM repo. Can then use that as a template maybe here.

Will take a while but will get everything functionalised, and do the movies in a better way, hopefully. And may end up being a vignette.
