Create duplicate (or new) tests for a population that does not die out

Can do all these at once when have finalised current tests.

Also tweak the initial conditions to ensure no repeating values (change a 0.15 to 0.151 for example).

[x] change default initial conditions to Carrie's ones
[x] add a transient time
[x] save a default simulation with seed = 42
[x] save another simulation with different parameters, seed etc, but that doesn't die out
[x] update tests to match those
[x] check that realisation calculations now work (issue was with c_and_s = TRUE not working because I had T = 80 and T = 100).

Still should do a duplicate test with other parameter values. But tests work for defaults now.
